How ITIQ Enables Clients to Comply with SOX

Information cannot be tampered with or altered by any employee	Data is always encrypted with 128-bit encryption, and ITIQ does not have access to the password
Trail of transactions must be discernable and kept in sequence	All iterations of a document are serialized and not overwritten
Audit trails	Access is date and time stamped by user each time a document is accessed.
Information is available only to client's authorized personnel	Client access is only through authorized personnel with the password.
Records must be accessible	All backups are immediately available 24/7.
Certain data must be maintained for not less than 7 years.	Data will remain in the ITIQ data vault for as long as the client chooses to retain it. Retention is set during configuration, so once configured the data is automatically stored for that period.
